WorldBites is an online snack shop that offers international snacks, sweets, crisps, cookies and limited edition products from different countries.
Orders & Delivery
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days after they have been processed. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. The final shipping price depends on the size of the order and the delivery address.
At the moment, WorldBites only delivers within the Netherlands.
Products & Allergens
Some products may be suitable for vegetarians or vegans, but this depends on the specific product. Please check the ingredients and product description before ordering.

Returns & Refunds
You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Because we sell food products, opened products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
After we have received and checked the returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds are usually made using the same payment method used for the original order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product or package.
