At WorldBites, we want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your delivery or product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Because we sell food products, opened products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Products with a short shelf life or products that can spoil quickly may also be excluded from returns.

How to request a return

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page and select “Returns & refunds” as the subject.

Please include:
– your name
– your order number
– the product you want to return
– the reason for your request

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After we have received and checked the returned product, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.

Missing items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us through the contact page. Include your order number and tell us which item is missing.
